Mainline Insurance Services

I've been with mainline insurance now for almost 3 years . We've been in business since 2016. , so far this is the best insurance brokerage that I've ever experienced . They are very polite , courteous, on time and have a great attitude. No problem getting renewals or certificates on their end . I would highly recommend !

Rosale is the best. I saved a bundle switching to mainline. Plus the service on certificates is above par. I get my certs sent out very quickly. Totally impressed compared to other companies I have dealt with. Personal service is second to none. I have never gotten the old bate and switch I have seen over the years with other people. Premium is fairly disclosed and no broker fee. My other company was hitting me with that plus inferior overpriced high commission policy. If you want straight up service you go to Rosalie and no extra crap just plain insurance and certs.

I made mistakes with improper coverage and brokers that over promised and under delivered in the past.

Mainline is the opposite of that. We have a conversation about what is really needed, not just about what is the cheapest (though they are super reasonable as well).

They have made sure I have been properly covered, and I have even been in the unfortunate situation of needing that coverage. No problems. A+ service. I send all my friends and family here.

Used this company for 4 years, every year I had to remind them my policy was getting close to renewal. Well this year my business is booming with all the rain and my policy expired. I left several messages for Ralph with no return calls. Now I am left scrambling for a new broker without being covered and with a lapse in coverage. Thanks to Mainline Insurance.

I have worked with the wonderful Rosalie Williams for the past 5 years now. She has always managed to beat out the quotes I have received through Hiscox. Most recently, Rosalie was able to not only find me a General Liability Insurance Policy cheaper than my previous policy, but also a policy that was almost a whole whopping $600 cheaper than Hiscox's quote!

Rosalie is a pleasure to work with and she is quick! She is responsive and I know I can rely on her if I run into any problems or uncertainty.
