Mission Personal Injury Lawyers

I was referred to Mission Personal Injury Lawyers by Guy Levy Law when Guy unfortunately could not take my case due to a conflict of interest.

David was so kind when he initially heard me out over the phone. He promptly sent over all the necessary documents and I submitted them.

Mission Personal Injury made it so easy to work with them. They have a phone number to text any receipts, documents, etc. They'll reply and let you know they got them and that's it.

When I call, they must have caller ID or the ability to save contacts because I was immediately greeted by name and they had knowledge about my case. Although I'm sure they handle dozens of cases at a time, the experience was so personal I felt as if I was their only customer.

I received email or phone updates about once a month with the progress of my case. I never had to bug them for updates. Overall, they handled everything and I felt as if I didn't have to lift a finger and could focus on myself and my family.

I would use Mission Personal Injury Lawyers again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I actually made it a point to visit this law firm after an auto accident.
We reviewed the matter and heard nothing back from them for quite awhile, a real long while, as in months.
When push came to shove, they never responded, so bailed out and went elsewhere.
Best decision I could have made.
Our personal injury interaction with Mission got us nowhere slow.
My thinking is the reviews you see on here are either exaggerated or simply staged by persons who are not actually real clients of Mission.
Nothing I personally experienced at Mission could make me think otherwise.
Nothing.

Update:
My claim has now been concluded with a different personal injury accident law firm, accurately and convincingly.
Nothing I could add here could express the frustration my family and I persevered while awaiting Mission to acknowledge my injury accident situation.
My case has been finalized elsewhere through a fair amount I deserved and
received, the check cashed, a new truck, everybody happy as can be.
In just reading how Mission attempts to bitterly portray dissatisfied and disgruntled people like myself as some kind of fake "Reviewer-for-Hire" is exactly why I questioned (and even more so now) some of the online "recommendations" one will see elsewhere on this Mission review site.

Lets focus on Mission's juicy choice of the word "Fake".

All one needs to see is how many of their "5' Star reviews have been removed or listed as "violations of Yelp reporting policies", and were thereby taken down and relegated to the Yelp Reviews "dungeon" of poor actors who-write-for-pay to realize exactly who the REAL FAKE actually is on here, their injury law firm name starts with an "M" that stands for "MISSING"
And why is that,............ you ask?
Everything that I have just written on here.
I would NEVER RECOMMEND Mission.
There are other and easily more professional law firms out there who will
actually do the work you would expect them to perform.
Don't fall for their online rhetoric or obvious lack of ethics.

Very pleased with the results from working with this law firm. Broc Newman is the specific lawyer I worked with for most of my case. He is kind, knowledgeable, capable, and communicative. He helped me to understand the process and make decisions from beginning to end. I definitely recommend them and him.

I was involved in a hit and run and had no idea what to do. I lived super close to this law center and figured I'd see what my options were since myself and my dog were injured in the crash. I cannot recommend Mission Personal Injury Lawyers more. They put me at ease, were empathetic, responsive, and informative.

Even thought my case was a little tricky, and even though the cops never caught the person who did it, these people worked hard for me to get me a settlement and help with my medical bills. I was updated along the way, had clear instructions and a plan going forward, and ultimately was successful in my settlement because of them.

David and his team Are Awesome.I was rear ended at a stop light by a guy with Allstate Insurance and from the start His insurance company was Horrible to deal with!!!So after they kept denying my claim I hired David they explained everything and keep me updated on my case they are all very Friendly and work hard to get you the best outcome!!!

Nicest people to work with. I LOVE that it is family owned. Mission Legal Center has handled 2 of my cases. One from 2011 and this last one from 2018. They care about their clients. Which most lawyers could give a crap if they don't see enough profit for themselves. They stay on top with contacting you on your case. Most importantly they will fight for you until they feel like YOU will receive the best compensation for your accident. They are not your typical greedy lawyers that you hear and fear about. knock on wood, I will hopefully not have any future accidents, But if I do, Mission Legal Center will be the only firm I will be calling to handle case.

I worked with David Munoz on a hit and run case that left me with a broken foot. While not severe, they worked seriously for me and presented a case to my own insurance company that awarded me generously. I was very happy with the outcome, and think David made a difference in the outcome.

I hope to not need their services again for such a reason, but would not hesitate to call David if needed.

I was in a really bad auto accident in 2012. The case was complicated and talked to multiple lawyers. I was referred to Mission Legal and from there my case was started. It took a long time for the settlement. However, in the mean time Mission Legal would call me to see how I was doing and also update me with my case. The customer service they have is nothing but amazing! Mr. David Munoz and Sr . Munoz helped me out and answered all the questions I had.
