Elite Computers

One is always skeptical about computer repair businesses just like a mechanic in that you never really know whether the diagnostics are accurate and they are simply ripping you off. Our experience at this place was nothing like that at all and in fact I would recommend this place to any family, friends or fellow yelpers. My wife and I brought in our macbook and Nathan helped us out. He is very freindly, knowledgeable and probably one of the most honest people you will meet from a computer repair perspective. After using our free diagnostic coupon from yelp, Nathan's diagnostic matched that of Apples. He gave us reccomendations and provided us with the most economical action steps to fix our computer. Our story is a long one (as are most with damaged computers) but overall our experience with elite computers was great and we were happy with their service and resolve to help us.

Super helpful and great customer service. My laptop had been compromised, Elite Computers repaired it quickly and now it's working perfectly!

Unable to provide a "fix" to our computer but attempted and was unsuccessful and that's because we couldn't process our password our bad! No charge for their service! I would go back to them in the future

Came in to get a quote to fix my power button on my laptop, they said $230 starting plus more if the power card or something is broken... went somewhere else spent a flat $80.

Took my computer in for a bad hard drive. Thank goodness I found them. I literately got into my car and was on my way to Best Buy but found elite computers on yelp. They are very knowledgeable and honest. I couldn't be happier that they were able to replace the hard drive and get my computer up and running. I was hoping that I my computer still had life so I wouldn't have to spend $$$ on a new one.

This place saved my computer, I had YouTubed for hours on how to fix it but had no luck. They are experts and work fast!

Joe and his team were a huge help for me coming back to PCs for my I after a long absence. Very knowledgeable and helped me build a perfect PC Christmas gift for my sons. Great location too...right next to Lolita's, YUM!

Did a great job putting together my computer. Explained things thoroughly, and did not try to gouge or sell me a bunch of stuff I did not need. Although I do have a computer background, I appreciated them bringing me up to speed on the most current, cutting edge stuff. It makes things easier for me. No sense working when I don't have to. That's what I pay them for.

So my tower died again (probably overheating from owning a cat who likes to rub against everything and huddle by heat sources). It was in the middle of raid and I had been looking forward to playing all day. I gave Elite a call and brought the tower in that night!

Joe, the owner, was super helpful and friendly. He answered all of my questions and suggested options for my budget. I got some upgraded machines (a gaming laptop and a prebuilt) since my current broken one was still on a gtx 650 and I was sick of running a dying tower with no time/patience to diagnose and swap out parts.

Brought the laptop home that night and was back in raid in about an hour! The machine runs great and was cheaper than my Lenovo yoga which died 3 months in (will bring that in next)! Going to pickup the prebuilt tower next after data transfer and will update on how that machine runs.
