It's a big deal agreeing to pay hundreds of thousands, so it's important to feel comfortable with the decision and the documents. Thankfully, Devin was great. Straight to the point with things (unlike some loan companies I tried getting quotes from), available at all hours, and made sure anything I wasn't completely understanding was explained detail. He also got me a better rate than anywhere online, and there's no commission charged to the homebuyer (they make money by getting a fee from the lender you go with).

Where can I start!? Evan is the most fabulous broker and agent we could have ever asked for in the home buying process.

As first time home buyers, my husband and I knew we needed someone patient. Evan went above and beyond for us. I know we probably asked him the same questions a million different ways but each time he was so patient and caring. Because of Evan and his team (Tiffany and Derek) we feel so educated and confident in our decisions.

If you are a seller, be weary of those purchase offers that come through with a pre-approval from Finest City. They have repeatedly delayed my closing going on three weeks now with no end in sight. Communication is atrocious, updates are non-existent, and their process is flawed. It baffles me how an organization can handle what ends up being the biggest financial transaction of a person's life with such apathy.

Once I terminate this contract, I'll be declining any future offers that come through with pre-approvals from Finest City. Absolutely unacceptable.

If you are buying a house, Eric is the guy you need to talk too about the loan. I did a cash out refi and a jumbo loan with Finest City Homes. Between Jill and Eric they have you covered!

I reside in the Bay Area, and the housing market here is crazy with almost unobtainable loan Contingencies in regards to closing times. I am not going lie I shopped around with all those loan company's who spend millions on TV ads and what not. Please don't make my mistake and waste your time on them and their call centers and scripted BS!!
