Jersey Mike's Subs

Staff is always nice and friendly. They seem to keep busy at this location , make sure you're not in a rush.
I like to order ahead of time.

Service was excellent throughout the entire assembly process. The server was super attentive to my customization. I received chips and a drink for free for checking in via Yelp. I showed them the coupon via Yelp and they were happy to oblige. 5/5

Food: Turkey with Provolone on a rosemary parmesan bread. The sandwich was loaded with turkey meat as expected from Jersey Mikes. The sandwich was enjoyable and satisfied my hunger pangs 5/5

Ate outside to enjoy the sun and had a great fast lunch. 4/5

Parking: very large parking lot

Worst jersey mikes I've ever been to! Had an online order that I waited for almost 45 mins to receive and while I was waiting, they had a doordasher come into to pick up an order that wasn't even ready. I did see another couple that came in and received their order before the doordasher which prompted them to leave. All I'm saying is do better. Nobody was in there as far as customers go so it makes me wonder if management even knows about them not getting orders out on time. Most unorganized place to eat at the mall and that says a lot!

The crew was not hospitable or friendly. No smiles. I felt rushed. Ordered regular Turkey Provolone and Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwiches.

Great customer services. Employees greet you when you walk in. Only down side they charge for substitutions.

Just came in to order 3 regular Philly Cheesesteaks and ended up waiting an hour for my order while several groups behind me got their orders without issue.

Didn't get the cashier's name who helped me out, who was actually pretty apologetic, but I'm assuming there was some major miscommunication and lack of initiative with the other staff. It turns out my order had been ready for who knows how long hidden in a corner, and my name had never once been called out. The friendly cashier acknowledged this as well and thankfully was really helpful. However, none of the other staff ever bothered to check on me despite knowing I had been waiting for a really long time. I tend not to be confrontational and could've confronted the staff sooner about my order, but for some of the workers to see me waiting for so long and say nothing is kind of a joke. Does it look like I want to hang out in a Jersey Mike's for fun?

At the end of all that waiting and frustration, all they could offer me was just a free drink - frankly I would've hoped to see some sort of refund or coupon since I'm not at all interested in a soda or water. Really disappointed in my experience.

I wanted a sandwich but did not want bread. I saw someone post about the sub in a bowl. It looked delicious. So I decide to get the Philly cheesesteak. Count you days Jersey Mikes. It doesn't even look like the picture on YOUR page. At least give me a smaller plate to make it look a little decent. I wouldn't advise anyone to get this mess. I won't be back for anything.

Awesome Food and Service!! Staff was real friendly. You don't get that at a lot of places. Keep up the Great work!
