This office has some of the nicest people working there. The doctor is very knowledgeable and always explains everything clearly so you can understand any issues you are having with your teeth. The person who does my cleaning is very good always giving me suggestions on how to help me do a better job keeping my teeth and gums healthy.

Clean and extremely friendly atmosphere. The girls at the front, as with the whole office made me feel at home. I went in for a cleaning and left with a huge smile. I will be back.

The ladies up front were so sweet, helpful and just a great vibe overall! Everyone made me feel very comfortable, i was quite a bit nervous going to a new dentist but my experience went great. Dr. Lichter is so gentle and nice! The hygienist Xochtil was amazing as well! Im having my mom go there next since i had such a great experience.

Let me start off by saying I had a huge phobia of going to the Dentist. It's trauma from a bad experience at another Dentist. When I started coming to Dr. Lichter a few years ago, I needed sedation for everything even a simple cleaning. I'm proud to say I went in today to take care of a cavity with no sedation needed. I totally recommend Dr. Lichter and his amazing staff. They remember you by name, take your fears into consideration, listen to you, it's something you can't find at just any Dentist. If you ever had fears of dental work this is the place to come.

Me and my whole family have been taken care by Dr. Lichter and his amazing team, me since I was single and then my husband and children for more than 20 years. That in it self can let you know you can trust and will be a happy patient.

I've been a patient for a number of years and I can say that he is great! The employees are friendly and accommodating. They are encouraging about improving dental hygiene and don't shame you for needing extra efforts during cleaning.

I have been with Dr. Lichter and his staff for about 20 years on and off. Being in the military I moved many times and have had my share of different dentists. Derek has always been fair with his prices and makes a payment plan if needed. I had extreme anxiety of needles and pain, he quickly earned my trust with empathy and gentle the way of administering the pain block. I feel like family with the staff, I cannot say enough about this group, I highly recommend them.

Service is good, Dr. Derek does a great job in general. He did struggle when putting my crown, I felt discomfort and pain and had to go back a couple times to have it get check. Also, their equipment does need to be updated to todays technology ( Me comparing it with other newer places). The 4 stars come from the appointments. I was told that I would get a call back when something opens up, its been 15 months and still no call. I always say, it the staff tells a client they will do something, they should! Or client won't trust their sayings.

I found Dr. Lichter ten plus years ago after some very bad experiences with other dentists, and I wish I could give him and his staff 100 stars. He is always patient, kind and caring and is the best dentist I have ever gone to. He does an excellent job, pays attention to detail, and will go the extra step to make sure that things like crowns match your other teeth. He never tries to do work that is not needed, which I greatly appreciate. He is so great that I drive 107 miles each way to see him now. He has the best staff, and I always enjoy my interactions with them. It is an all-around great office that I highly recommend.
